Danang IT Park
Located in the Hoa Lien, Hoa Vang District of Da Nang City, DITP is the largest High Tech and Information Technology IT park in Central Vietnam. Expanding over 341 Hectares and a divided area of manufacturing, offices and exhibition, R&D center, as well as shopping, leisure and residential areas.
The vision of the park is to create an attraction for High Technology and IT talent and investment from all over the world, while creating a similar eco system of Silicone Valley in USA or Hsinchu Science Park in Taiwan

Investment Incentives
Danang IT Park, managed by Trung Nam Group will support investors with legal procedures, immigration for experts and investors as well as access to institutional loans according to the Vietnamese laws.
TAX INCENTIVES
1-4 Years: 0% Tax Rate
5-14 Years: 5% Tax Rate
15-17 Years: 10% Tax Rate
18+ Years: 20-22% (Government Tax)
IMPORT- EXPORT
– Import tax exemption for fixed assets used by the company in Hi Tech Park
– Preferential export tax for IT products and services
INFRASTRUCTURE
Free use of infrastructure during construction period, not exceeding 03 years. After the first 3 years, the fee is 0.4 USD/m2 per year.
WHY DANANG?
Danang, with a population of nearly 1.3 million residents, is Vietnam’s fourth largest city and the major economic hub of Central Vietnam.
Its strategic location where the roads, railway, water and airways connecting North and South, has helped to create economic opportunities, supported by the establishment of Hi-Tech Parks, IT parks and industrial zones.
